2. Booking and Payment Policy
- Booking Confirmation: To confirm a booking, a minimum of 50% advance payment is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.
- Payment Modes: We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price is only guaranteed once the booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellations made 30 days before the travel date will receive a 75% refund.
- Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the travel date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of the travel date are non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that we have to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), we will offer an alternative tour or a full refund.
4. Traveler's Responsibilities
- Health and Fitness: Adventure activities require a certain level of physical fitness. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to participate.
- Documents: Travelers must carry valid photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc.) at all times.
- Conduct: We expect all travelers to behave respectfully towards our staff, other travelers, and local communities.
5. Limitation of Liability
Himachal Adventure Hub is not responsible for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, whether direct or indirect, arising from acts of nature, accidents, or any other unforeseen circumstances during the tour.
6. Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Himachal Adventure Hub and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh.
